Hi, I’m Beckie
Strategic Operations Partner, professional chaos-untangler, and the person founders call when they've quietly become the bottleneck in their own business.
I started out as a VA, which means I've been inside more businesses than I can count, watching what happens when smart, capable people build something brilliant and then slowly get buried under it. I've seen the 11pm emails. The decision fatigue. The "I'll just do it myself because it's faster" trap. The tech stack that's grown arms and legs while the actual decision-making has completely collapsed.
I didn't just observe it. I helped fix it. Over and over again.
Then somewhere along the way I realised I wasn't just ticking off tasks; instead I was spotting patterns, rebuilding foundations, and helping founders breathe again. That's when Delegation Nation properly became what it is today.
I also bring something else to this work that I think matters.
I live with a chronic illness, which means I have a deeply personal relationship with energy, capacity, and the absolute non-negotiable importance of building a business that doesn't run on fumes.
I know what it costs to push through when your body is telling you to stop. I also know that sustainable systems, i.e. the kind that give you genuine breathing room, aren't a luxury. They're a necessity.
That shapes everything about how I work, and everything I help you build.
What I actually do
I help founders get out of reactive mode by building simple, human systems that create clarity, capacity and calm.
That means looking at how your business actually operates, not just how it looks on paper, then working out what's draining you, what's creating friction, and what needs to change so you can lead your business instead of just surviving it.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means when we work together, you get my full attention and thinking, not a template.
A few things I believe deeply:
Rushing rarely solves the real problem.
Growth that ignores your energy always comes at a cost.
If a system is draining you, it's broken.
And finally, progress beats perfection every single time.
Who this is for (and not for)
This is probably for you if:
You're done being the bottleneck
You want your business to feel calmer, not heavier
You're ready to build something that actually supports you
Probably not for you if:
You want someone to just take tasks away without changing anything underneath
You thrive on chaos (genuinely, no judgement as I know some people do love the chaos!)
You're looking for a quick fix with no depth behind it
